A BOOST LEAK WILL LEAD TO TURBO FAILURE!

One of the leading causes of turbo failure is from a boost leak.  A boost leak will force the turbo to over-spin to try and make the lost boost, this just causes the oil to heat up and burns the seals causing shaft play and eventual turbo failure.
